2,5" in SRP2401 CI+ ?

Hello,
My 2401CI+ was in repair and will be back next week.
During the repair, I have used a 2401 ECO, with a 2,5 inches hard drive.

Can I mount directly the hard drive from the ECO in the 2401 CI+ when back or it will not be recognized?

And for the dimensions, is that ok to mount it on the 3,5" support?

you can conntect it with a usb/sata adapter and copy the files with the migrate tap from firebird or you can change the internal harddisk, but you have to look how to fix it there. the support is not for 2 1/2" too...

Ok, thanks for the answer.

3,5 1TB ordered today.

But as the Migrate script and instructions are in German, can I copy it directly on the new HD with my SATA docking station on the new hard disk, and then mount in the SRP?

you can connect your docking station to your toppi. the mirgrade tap is not longer a script, it is a tap...so start it and then follow the instructions.
