tmpgenc dvd author 2.0 question ?

hello all,

i am using the tmpgenc dvd author 2.0 software to mux the files i recorded from topfield but i am facing one problem which is that when i mux multiple files at the same time the software always merge the files and create one large file .

so my question is there a way i can mux multiple files at the same time without merging them , and if this software doesn't do this is there an alternative software that do ?
