I installed the 3 TAPs (automatically): SmartEPG, RebuiltNAV and SmartDecrypter.

I saw that the list of recorded programs has now changed and that the strange icons ($ with blue or orange color that I never understood) have disappeared. And the files seem to be readable. So I suppose the encryption problem is corrected.

Concerning SmartEPG, I choose some stations but the app gives the programmation only for the Belgian stations but none for the French ones (TF1, France2, Arte...). With the builtin Guide, I had them, though... A parameter to correct?

Yes! All the stations I choose were automatically scanned until 100%. Do I have to do another manual scan? If yes how can I proceed?

Scan mode is API.

I use a SRP-2401CI+.

There are no data in the grid or list view for the French channels: No EPG Data. But I can view the programs without problem.

you can try filescan instead of api scan

the channels are on astra? inthat case I could have a look if you tell me the names.

Most of the channels are on Hotbird. A few (TV5 Monde, Europe, TCM) are on Astra...

I think I can reproduce it with TV5 Monde Europe (Astra 11538V). The other 2 TV5 Monde (Astra 11934V and Astra 12129V) just seem to have now/next only.

Right, I only have the EPG for Belgian channels (Astra) but nothing for all the other French channels (Astra or Hotbird).
I launched a new scan (in API mode) but the problem remains! Is that what you mean with a restart of SmartEPG?
FYI, the channels I selected are: La Une, La Deux, RTL-TVi, TF1, France 2 -> 5, France O, TV5 monde & Europe, TCM.
If it can help, when I close SmartEPG and return to the original EPG, the programs are also missing for the French channels until I choose one of them; then, the EPG displays the detail of the programs...

I come back to you: did you find an explanation about the question of missing EPG for the French channels on Hotbird?
Since this problem, I have now another one, also with the channels on Hotbird: the time is false. For example, today 13 April 22:00, on TF1 time is 10 April 02:00; on FR2, time is on 9 April 01:30...
I can watch all programs but on the Guide, the French stations are on bad dates and times... And impossible to prepare recordings for those stations.
Tried a new scan but nothing changes.

For the time stuf: Yes. There are weird time transmissions out there. That's why the Topfield receivers offer you the possibility to limit the transponders it accepts the time as valid to those you find reliable. That limits the damage done to prepared recordings a bit.

Today I had the same problem with practically the same channels and the day, time and programs don't change and seem to be always the same. Nevertheless, some channels that were bad yesterday were today correct.

Manual, Chapter 4.3, Local time setting.
In the preference settings, you have an option to adjust the time. One point should be "GMT Collection", where you can change between "normal" (all transponders), "CAS only" (only encrypted transponders) or "User select". With the last point the following options are enabled, where you can select satellite and reliable transponders which are allowed to change your receiver time.

A little correction: one day later, problem is back on Hotbird!

I suppose it must be possible to avoid to adjust the time each day!?

Something I don' t understand: why do I have this problem since a few days; until then it was OK!
